Full Body Fitness:
(Ages 16 & Up)



This fitness class will encompass the full body, integrating multiple techniques and training styles to keep the body guessing. We will be using a mixture of body weight, machines, and free weights to ensure that you get an awesome workout. This helps prevent plateaus and increases the body's caloric expenditure for maximum results!


Schedule

Monday - 9 a.m.
Tuesday - 9:30 a.m., 6 p.m.
Wednesday- 9 a.m.
Thursday- 9:30 a.m., 6 p.m.
Friday- 9 a.m.




Class size is limited to 6 people. All classes are first come, first in. If you would like to reserve a place in the class, please do so, but if you can't make it - let us know ahead of time.  





Mat Pilates:


Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk creating a sleek, toned body with long lean muscles. Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement.  It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion.  It has a reputation for developing long, lean thighs and flat abdomens.

Pilates offers a bridge between everyday life and healthy movement.  It is as beneficial for an 11-year-old as it is for an 80-year-old and as motivating for men as it is for women. This Mat Pilates class involves a variety of exercises designed to increase core stability, flexion, extension and rotation; improving flexibility, strength, joint mobility, coordination, balance and alignment, and reducing stress.

(Momentum's Mat Pilates class is instructed by Lurah Patrick (Ullmann) and will be limited to 8 people. Classes are first come, first serve, so pre registration is suggested.







Zumba:




Zumba (Dance Fitness) focuses on International rhythms (with an emphasis on Latin rhythms) and easy to follow dance moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.  Participants achieve long term benefits with a one hour calorie burning, body energizing routine designed with intervals of fast and slow rhythms combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.

(Momentum's Zumba classes are instructed by Lili Potenza and will be limited to 16 people. Pre registration is suggested.)





Yoga:



Momentum's yoga classes are taught in the Anusara/Vinyasa style encouraging participants to move with the breath and open the heart.  Enjoy the sweet flowing movement of your body, break a sweat and have fun.

Tuesday, Thursday: 7 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m.


(Momentum's Yoga classes are instructed by Ingrid Moody and will be limited to 8 people. Pre registration is suggested.)






Pricing:

$15 pay as you go
$135 Fit Pass

Fit Pass is a 15 session pass with a 3 month expiration date from date of purchase.  Fit Pass allows you to attend any class including boot camps. The average class price with Fit Pass is $9 per class.
