When considering personal training for your child, please take his/her feelings into consideration. If you are concerned for his/her health, this is a great way to get him/her on the right path. It is important to be supportive and do not use derogatory terms like "fat" or tell him/her that he/she needs to lose weight. Along with the obesity epidemic, we also have a climbing rate of eating disorders. These pose just as much a threat to your child as being overweight. Let us help educate you and your child on living a healthy lifestyle as well as making decisions that are more healthy. Not only do we have great trainers, but we also have a dietitian who is amazing with kids and understands how to get through to them, so they make the right choices.
Individual training may be a great way to start a fitness regimen then we can discuss moving your child into a group at a later date.
Semi-Private training is great if your kid has a buddy that he/she would like to work out with.
We have to have parental consent for all participants.
All exercise routines and meal plans are custom to fit the individual.
