Active in the fitness industry for over 20 years, Darian Williams loves to spread the knowledge he has acquired over the past two decades. A desire to take the mystery out of good health is the driving force behind the services he offers his clients.
Growing up in the city of Detroit, Darian became interested in the sport of bodybuilding and had the opportunity to take weightlifting classes in high school. As a high school senior, he began pursuing amateur bodybuilding and thus the journey to understanding the body began.
Darian is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Resistance Training Specialist and Muscle Activation Jump Start Specialist. Darian’s broad spectrum of clients range from professional athletes to stroke patients. The majority of his focus has been the development of fitness programs that are based on human biomechanics, rather than decades of traditional sport specific activities so all fitness levels and goals can be successfully achieved.
