About Me

I was naturally never talented in anything sport or fitness related. In my younger years I would say I really disliked it. I wasn’t fast, I wasn’t strong, and I was always picked last to be on sport teams.

It wasn’t only until I was 16 when I was introduced to resistance training. Working out quickly became therapeutic for my teenage angst, as one would experience around that age.

As I got stronger over time I began to notice how much my body was actually capable of accomplishing. I fell in love with the process of becoming better.

Over the years I became more interested in anatomy and exercise, which led me to becoming a certified Pilates instructor in 2020 and a certified personal trainer the following year.

I don’t believe in a one-sized fits all approach. I strongly believe that a lot of people don’t like exercise because they were either fed misinformation that made them afraid of strength training, they were forced into a training style that didn’t fit them, or a combination of both.
